Where is your shop?
Ola Tech is an online marketplace. However, you can choose to pick it up in our Kowloon tong office. We aim to create a trusted marketplace that brings the utmost transparency where you can buy high-quality consumer electronics with peace of mind.
What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service team is available for chat or call, on WhatsApp and on Facebook Messenger between 11 am to 8 pm HKT. Outside of that, You may also leave us a message on the chat or email and we will respond back within 24hrs.

Want the best price for your new gadget, but you also care about the environment? We’re here to make it happen. At Ola Tech, you’ll find original devices (brand new as well as refurbished), tested and supplied by trusted partners from Japan and Hong Kong.
May I know more about your products?
At Ola Tech, you’ll find 100% functional of brand new or refurbished electronic devices from trustworthy. All tech devices will shipped within 1–4 business days and come with an extended warranty. You can find electronic products as well as pre-loved devices at Ola Tech.
What’s included in the box?
Our refurbished devices come with an original 1-meter charging cable and are safely packaged in a plain box.
What does refurbished mean?
Refurbished products are fully functional, original pre-owned devices. Our Japanese and Hong Kong refurbishing partners bought used devices from customers, tested more than 40+ quality checkpoints and ensure that they are in perfect working condition before shipping them. All devices come with an extended warranty so that you can buy them with peace of mind.
What is the battery condition?
The battery health for all pre-loved devices listed on Ola Tech is 80%-100%. For brand new devices, batteries are of course new. Should you face any problems with the battery during your warranty period, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Do all devices work in Hong Kong?
Yes, all our devices are network unlocked and can be used on any network in Hong Kong and overseas.
Please note all devices sold at Ola Tech are a mix of local and export sets. Some international models may have an audible camera shutter sound that cannot be muted.
Can I see a picture before purchasing?
Yes you can. Just message us to check the phones if needed.
Do you offer dual SIMs phones?
Our iPhone SE 2020, iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13 are dual SIMs: one eSIM and one physical SIM.
Other devices are single SIM.
Can we uninstall the pre-installed apps?
Yes. The Android phones from our Japanese supplier come from AU or Softbank. They may have pre-installed apps.
The steps to remove these apps are as follows.
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Go to Apps and notification
Step 3: Click “See all apps”
Step 4: Click into the app that you want to uninstall
Step 5: Click “uninstall”
Why is there no Internet? How to setup APN?
Our Japanese Android phones may require setting up APN manually.
Rest assured it’s quite straightforward:
Step 1: Press Mobile Network in Settings
Step 2: Then you can find a setting like APN, access point
Step 3. Press the “+” button on the top
Step 4. Just fill in any names like Smartone, the important part is APN (Access point name) you fill in your mobile SIM carrier, like Smartone, csl, cmhk, etc.

How to get to your office?
If you take MTR, it’s Exit at Exit C1 at Kowloon Tong MTR Station. Turn right at the exit, and walk up the slope until you see the street. How can I collect the product after ordering?
We can ship it to your home/office address, or pick it up at over 3,000 SF Express stores/lockers/ convenience stores. You may also pick it up in person at our office.
Can I check the phone during pickup?
Yes, you can turn on the device and check it during pickup.
What is your office opening hours?
Our office hours are 11 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday. 10 am to 6 pm Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
How do I cancel or change my order after I place it?
We process our orders promptly, contact us ASAP if you wish to cancel your order. Please contact us via chat or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
What are the available payment methods?
We offer secure payment via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, America Express), Alipay Hong Kong, WeChat Pay, PayMe, FPS, direct bank deposits, cash (at the office only) and Octopus (at the office only) .
Instalment options are also available via Atome.
Can I pay with cash on delivery?
We accept cash on delivery if you pick up your order in our Kowloon Tong office.
How does installment payment work?
You may choose Atome instalments at checkout. The instalment limit offered by Atome depends on the buyer’s creditworthiness, subject to Atome’s approval – up to HK$10,000. If you require support on your instalment plan, please contact Atome on their support channels.
When will I receive my order?
We will send out the orders within 1-2days when the payment was well received. An order tracking number will send to you once after we process the order.
For the shipping, it will take between 1 to 2 days after we send out the orders. Please allow extra time if you place the order on weekends or holidays.
What is Ola Tech's Warranty Policy?
Each device order comes with a 1-year warranty. Our warranty covers all product defects, both hardware and software during the warranty period. During the warranty period, customers may get repairs and replacements only. The warranty does not cover any damages caused by the customer, family members, friends, or any other external person or impact. This includes (and is not exhaustive of) damage to the device caused by force, water, or any external factor. You can find more information here.
