What’s included in the box?
Our refurbished devices come with a USB-C or Lightning charging cable, safely packaged in a box.
What does refurbished mean?
All products available on our website undergo thorough cleaning and testing by skilled refurbishment experts. Each device is restored to its factory settings and cleared of any previous user data to ensure a fresh user experience. Furthermore, we assure that smartphone batteries retain a minimum of 80% original capacity.
The professional refurbishers repair and refurbish devices using compatible or original parts. Every smartphones pass a minimum 25-point inspection, conducted by industry professionals. They commit to using parts supplied by reliable, high-quality manufacturers. all products are Verified Refurbished and covered by 90 days warranty.
What is the battery condition?
The battery health for all our devices listed on Ola Tech is 80%—100%. If you face any problems with the battery during your warranty period, please get in touch with us, and we will be happy to help.
Do all devices work in Hong Kong?
Yes, all our devices are unlocked and can be used on any network in Hong Kong and overseas.
Please note all devices sold at Ola Tech are a mix of local and export sets. Some international models may have an audible camera shutter sound that cannot be muted.
Do you offer dual SIMs phones?
Partly, our iPhones have dual SIMs: some are eSIMs, some have one eSIM and one physical SIM, and some have two physical SIMs. Depends on the edition which are stated in the Product page.
Can we uninstall the pre-installed apps?
Of course, iPhones do not have pre-installed apps from third parties.
The Android phones from our Japanese supplier come from AU or Softbank. They may have pre-installed apps.
The steps to remove these apps are as follows.
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Go to Apps and notification
Step 3: Click “See all apps”
Step 4: Click into onapp that you want to uninstall
Step 5: Click “Uninstall”
Why is there no Internet? How to setup APN?
Our Japanese Android phones may require setting up APN manually.
Rest assured it’s quite straightforward:
Step 1: Press Mobile Network in Settings
Step 2: Then you can find a setting like APN, access point
Step 3. Press the “+” button on the top
Step 4. Just fill in any names like Smartone, the important part is APN (Access point name) you fill in your mobile SIM carrier, like Smartone, csl, cmhk, etc.

Why am I receiving an "Important Message" or "Unknown Part" alert from Apple on my iPhone?
Don’t be alarmed – this is a common issue that can affect certain pre-owned iPhones. Continue reading to learn more about these notifications.
They show up after maintenance has been performed on your device to provide details about the substituted part: battery, display, or camera, specific to your iPhone model (refer to the list below). Only an Apple Genius Bar or an Apple Authorized Service Provider has the capability to switch out a part in the newest iPhones without triggering this notification. However, this notification does not imply that there is any problem with your battery or that it is faulty. It simply indicates that a new battery (or camera or screen) has been installed, which functions as effectively as the original one. Your device’s functionality remains unaffected by these notifications.
The impact is limited to the newest iPhones, including the XR, XS, XS Max, and all models released after them.

How do I pick up my order?
We can deliver it to your home/office address, or you can pick it up at over 3,000 SF Express stores, lockers, or convenience stores.
Where do you ship your product from?
After conducting over 60 inspections, we ship the product from our refurbished supplier in China via SF Express. We ensure that your product is fully functional and in excellent condition and provide a 3-month warranty. Additionally, the shipping charge is free.
How do I cancel or change my order after I place it?
We process orders promptly. If you wish to cancel, contact us ASAP via chat or email cs@ola.tech.
Payments
What are the available payment methods?
We offer secure payment via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Alipay Hong Kong, WeChat Pay, and FPS.
Shipping
When will I receive my order?
We will send the orders within 4 business day after receiving the payment. Once the order is processed, you will receive an order tracking number.
Shipping will take 1 to 2 days after the orders are sent out. Please allow extra time if you place the order on weekends or holidays.
Warranty
What is Ola Tech's Warranty Policy?
Each device order comes with a 3 months warranty. Our warranty covers all product defects, both hardware and software during the warranty period. During the warranty period, customers may get repairs and replacements only. The warranty does not cover any damages caused by the customer, family members, friends, or any other external person or impact. This includes (and is not exhaustive of) damage to the device caused by force, water, or any external factor. You can find more information here.
How to return?
After reaching out to Ola via email at hello@ola.tech or WhatsApp at +852 9615 0269, we will conduct an initial consultation to confirm eligibility. Once eligibility is confirmed, Ola will provide the customer with a SF Express tracking number. Customers can then either arrange for SF Express to pick up the item from their location or drop it off at an SF Express service center using the provided tracking number.
